1:24 BOAC Prototype Concorde for sale
Posted: Fri Sep 07, 2018 7:30 pmAmazing condition, 9.9 out of 10 for condition, this 8 foot long BOAC Concorde is a prototype/short tail cone model from Westway. Offers welcomed. The model is located in Cobourg, Ontario. No stand, but the bolts are there and a restoration professional I know can make one. It can also be hung from a ceiling through eyelets that were factory installed in the model. Fiberglass construction. Absolutely amazing to see. Photos available upon request. According to a retired BOAC Engineer, this was one of four made for BOAC in the late 1960s. He has one, I have the other. It really should be in a museum.
