Mystery maker of very nice 1/50 BOAC VC10 display model

The wings have metal fairings and the model seems to be all hand painted, and it is made of wood.
I always thought this was some sort of current day Philippine model. But this may not be the case.
If anyone can provide information on the maker and vintage of this model please respond to this post.
